Initial Consultation
It is not always necessary to immediately commence a court application. It’s important to know what options are available to you, which will depend on the circumstances of your case. For this reason, we offer one-hour initial consultations, where you can meet with one of our lawyers who can assist you to better understand your options. Fees for one-hour initial consultations vary depending on the complexity of the subject matter, and the expertise of the lawyer providing the consultation.
Agreements
Retainer
Our lawyers require clients to sign a retainer agreement and provide an initial retainer before commencing work on any given file. A retainer agreement sets out the terms and conditions of the lawyer-client relationship.
Hourly
Rates
Our hourly rates are based on a particular lawyer’s experience and the specialized expertise that is brought to bear on the issue.
Certificates
Legal Aid
